澳洲商业创新和投资类签证888A 签证（维多利亚州）介绍2022版本 888A VISA INTRODUCTION (VIC) 2022

This visa enables the holders of Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188A) stay permanently in Australia after satisfying continuous business operation/investment requirements. The visa allowing its holders to continue their business and investment activities in Australia and enjoy the same welfare benefits as Australian natives.

888是永久居住签证，也就是绿卡，是在获得188商业创新类或投资者类临居签证的前提下，继续在澳洲拥有并管理一个企业并符合一定的经商条件之后，所可以获得的澳洲商业移民永居签证。该签证在澳洲境内递交，允许商业移民申请人继续在澳洲进行商业和投资活动，并享受澳洲本地人一样的福利待遇。

General Requirements

基本要求

·  You must be the primary holder of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa in the Business Innovation stream; held your Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa for at least 3 years

申请人是澳洲临时商业创新和投资类188A签证的第一申请人，并且满足持188A签证至少3年的要求（2021年7月1日以后申请188A签证的）；或者

·   You are the secondary visa holder of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa and your spouse or de facto partner is the primary holder of a Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa in the Business Innovation stream；held your Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa for at least 3 years

申请人是澳洲临时商业创新和投资类188A签证的第一申请人的配偶并作为188签证的第二申请人，并且满足持188A签证至少3年的要求（2021年7月1日以后申请188A签证的）；

·     have a current nomination from VIC government authority;

·   You must have managed and operated your innovative business in Victoria and successfully conducted business or entrepreneurial activity in the VIC for at least two years （or three years according to new policy）; You must have a realistic commitment to continuing your business and investment activities in Australia

·    You must have been physically present in Australia for at least 1 year in the 3 years immediately before your visa application（Residential onshore for at least 1.5 or 2 years/ 3 years is highly recommended）

·     Meet health requirement and character requirement; Have no debt to the Australian Government

Business Requirements

·       Have an annual business turnover of at least AUD300,000 within 12 months prior to visa application

·       For the 2 years （or 3 years）immediately before you apply, you must have:

Ø    had, and continue to have, an ownership interest in up to two main businesses in VIC

Ø    had a direct and continuous management role in that business (or up to two businesses)

Ø    submitted Business Activity Statements to the Australian Taxation Office

·       For the 24 months (or 36 months) immediately before you apply, you must own at least:

Ø     51% ownership of a business with a turnover of less than AUD400,000 per year, or

·      For the 12 months immediately before you apply, you or your partner (or you and your partner together)  must satisfy at least 2 of the following 3 criteria:
