This provisional visa is for those with business skills who want to establish, develop, and manage a new or existing innovative business in Australia, especially for business owners, investors and entrepreneurs. The holders of this visa operate business in Australia up to three years can apply for permanent residence through the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) in the Business Innovation stream if certain requirements are met.

l          年龄在50周岁以下

   You must be under 50 years of age

l         本科学历或近10年中有3-5年工业/科技行业商业背景

   You must have a bachelor's degree recognized as equivalent to the Australian standard, or in the past 10 years have at  least:

   3 years of business experience in a NSW target sector, or

   5 years of business experience in a non-target sector

l          申请人公司合计净资产要求125万澳币以上 （悉尼175万澳元以上）

    You must have combined net personal and business assets of: A$1,250,000 – Regional NSW (A$1,750,000 – Sydney)

l          申请人公司营业额达到75万澳元以上（悉尼125万澳元以上）

    You must have AUD750,000 turnover in each fiscal year (A$1,250,000 – Sydney)

   You must have had an ownership stake in the business that had at least: 51% of the total value of the business if  the business has a turnover of less than AUD400,000 per year,30% of the total value of the business if the business has a turnover of AUD400,000 or more per year, or 10% of the total value of the business if the business is operated by a  publicly listed company
