188C显著商业投资类签证旨在吸引高净值人士来澳投资，这是一种为期五年的临居签证。此类签证要求申请人在澳洲持有澳洲政府指定类型的投资满3-4年，并符合在澳洲的居住年限。满足要求即可转888永居签证。

This provisional visa is for those with high net worth of personal asset who want to make their investment in Australia. This visa is valid for 5 years and the visa holder must make a complying significant investment of at least AUD5 million through qualified fund management company in Australia. The holders of this visa can apply for permanent residence visa after 3-4 years should residential requirements have been met.
