澳洲投资移民188E企业家类别（Entrepreneur stream）签证是澳洲政府为了吸引有商业投资能力并为澳洲经济做出贡献的人才而设立的临居签证。澳洲188E签证，对申请人无年龄、打分要求，无需经商投资背景和专业限制，是一个为期5年的签证，集投资、创业、移民为一体，适用于有一定英文水平和创新想法的年轻创业者和高科技创新型人才。

The 188E Entrepreneur stream visa is a residence visa established by the Australian government to attract talented people who have the ability to invest in business and contribute to the Australian economy.It is a 5-year visa that combines investment, entrepreneurship and immigration, and is suitable for young entrepreneurs and high-tech innovators who have a certain level of English and innovative ideas.

ü       年龄在55周岁以下。

    Be under 55 years old.

ü       英语能力要达到雅思4个6或同水平。

 IELTS single item no less than 6,or equivalent level.

ü       在产品或服务领域,在商业或创业活动方面有很强的背景。

You must have either a strong background in the field of your product or service, or in business or entrepreneurial activities.

ü       获得来自第三方的资金，第三方包括联邦政府机构或澳大利亚合规注册的风险投资机构。

You must have funding from a third party,including Commonwealth Government agency,or Australian compliant registered Venture Capital Institutions.

ü       从事或提议符合规定的有创新意识的商业活动，该商业计划将

·在澳大利亚实现产品或服务的商业化，或

·在澳大利亚发展一个企业或业务

You must engage in or propose an innovative business activity , the business plan will lead to the commercialization of a product or service, or the development of an enterprise or business in Australia.

    该活动不得与以下任何类别有关：

·住宅房地产

· 劳务派遣

· 购买澳大利亚的现有企业或特许经营权

This activity must not relate to any of the following categories:

·residential real estate

·labour hire

·purchase of an existing enterprise or a franchise in Australia.

ü       您的商业计划书必须清楚地证明：

·您的创新理念将如何惠及新州（或其他州）

·您打算如何将您的产品或服务商业化，并在新州（或其他州）发展您的企业或业务。

Your business proposal must clearly demonstrate:

·how your product or service is significantly different from products or services already existing in NSW (or other states)

·how your innovative ideas will benefit NSW (or other states)

·how you intend to commercialize your product or service and develop your enterprise or business in NSW (or other states)

  You must be recognized by state or territory authorities, or local innovation ecosystem service providers.
