Be nominated to work in an occupation on the CORE SKILLS OCCUPATION LIST. (CSOL)

申请人被提名的职位需要在核心技能职业清单（CSOL清单）上。

Currently work, or will work, for your nominating employer who is party to a labour agreement.

目前或将要为签订了劳工协议的雇主工作。

Must hold a substantive 457 or SID Visa issued under a labour agreement is in AU.

如果申请人在澳境内，必须持有根据劳工协议签发的457或SID签证。

Hold a subclass 457, SID or related Bridging visa A, B or C.

申请人需已经持有457，SID （482）或相关A,B,C类别过桥签证。

Your employer must have sponsored you to work full-time on your subclass 457 or subclass 482 visa for at least 2 of the 3 years prior to nominating you for the subclass 186 visa.
