SID VISA INTRODUCATION澳洲SID高技能需求（482）签证介绍

On December 7, 2024, the Skills in Demand (SID) visa replaced the Temporary Skills Shortage (TSS) visa.

2024年12月7日，澳洲正式推出Skill in Demand（SID）Visa 482签证，全面取代此前的Temporary Skill Shortage（TSS）482签证。

482 visa is a temporary working visa for up to 4 years or up to 5 years if you are a Hong Kong passport holder.

Australian government was aiming to address local labor market shortage and allowing Australian employers to sponsor various overseas professionals to be working in Australia. After holding a 482 visa and meeting certain criteria, you would be entitled to apply for a 186 permanent residence visa afterward.

482为短期工作签证，最长签证有效期为4年，香港护照持有人可获得最长5年期签证。

该签证是澳洲政府为满足当地劳动力短缺而设立，允许澳洲企业担保海外各类专业人士来澳定居的签证类别。通过持有482签证在达到一定就业条件之后可申请186雇主担保类永居签证。

·Have a Standard Sponsorship Qualification, be or have applied to be a Standard Business Sponsor

已经是或已申请担保资格。

·For CSS, employer has nominated the visa applicant for an occupation on the Core Skills Occupation List.

对于核心技能类别，雇主需指定申请人从事中核心技能职业清单（CSOL）中的职位。

·For SSP, employer has nominated the visa applicant in an Australian and New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) listed occupation in Major Groups 1,2,4,5 or 6.

对于专家技能类别，雇主需指定申请人从事ANZSCO职业清单中的1，2，4，5，6中类别中的职位。

·Working experience requirement changed from two years to one year, part-time and casual work can also be counted.

工作经验要求降低：从两年减少至一年，兼职或临时工作也可计入工作时长。

·Expanded Occupation List: The new CSOL increases to 456 positions and applies to 186 Visa Application.

扩展职业清单：新的CSOL职业清单增加至456个职位，并适用于186永居签证。

·Can work for up to four years for Employer in Australia. Hong Kong passport holder can work up to five years. Spouse can do full-time work without any limit.

可在澳大利亚为雇主工作四年以内。香港护照持有人，最多可工作五年。482签证持有人的配偶可以在澳大利亚全职工作。

·Travel to and from Australia as many times as you need during the validity of the visa.

在签证有效期内，多次往返澳大利亚；

· Can apply for permanent residence in Australia if you satisfy certain criteria.

在符合特定条件的情况下，可以申请澳洲永久居住权。

·There is no age requirement for this visa.

 无年龄要求。

·Have up to 180 days to find a new employer or make arrangements to leave Australia if have been laid off and are currently unemployed.

如果被解雇处于无工作状态，可有180天缓冲期寻找新的雇主或离开澳大利亚。

·You and your family must meet all visa conditions and abide by Australian law.

·您和您的家人必须符合所有签证条件并遵守澳大利亚法律。

·You must enter Australia to commence your work within 90 days after the 482 visa is approved (except for special circumstances);

·您必须在482签证获得批准后的90天内，进入澳大利亚开展工作（特殊情况除外）；

·If your current 457/482 visa is about to expire, and you want to continue  your work with your current employer, your employer needs to submit a new nomination and you must apply for a new visa.

·如果你目前的457/482签证即将到期，并且你希望留在澳大利亚为你现有的雇主工作那么 ①你的雇主需要提交一份新的提名 ②你必须申请新的签证。
